Freeze-dried kid-farmed eggs

JP and his little sister help raise our hens and collect the eggs every day. Freeze-dried eggs make a great addition to food storage: just add water to rehydrate, then use them for baking or cook them as scrambled eggs. Availability varies. Handle and fully cook rehydrated eggs just as you would fresh eggs.

It started with a
Nintendo Switch.

“When I was five, I wanted to earn enough money to buy my own Nintendo Switch. So I started selling freeze-dried candy.”

JP packaged treats, talked with customers, and kept going until he reached his goal. Then he discovered the best part wasn't only the Switch—it was learning how to build something of his own.

At home, JP and his little sister help raise the family's hens and collect fresh eggs every day. That hands-on responsibility inspired JP to expand beyond candy and experiment with freeze-drying eggs and other foods. Every order helps him keep learning creativity, responsibility, and what it takes to serve a customer well.

Not everything freeze-dries well or safely. Send the idea and JP and Dad will confirm whether it's a good fit.

Do you deliver or ship?+

Local pickup or delivery can be arranged around Nephi. U.S. shipping may be available depending on the item and order size.

How long does an order take?+

Timing depends on the food, quantity, and current freeze-dryer schedule. We'll provide an estimate when we confirm the order.
